Stainless Steel Double(v) Press Fittings
Made for accuracy and durability, our Double Press V Profile Fittings are manufactured to DVGW W534 standards, using only EN 1.4404 (316L) high-grade stainless steel. Available in sizes from 15 mm through 54 mm, these stainless steel double press fittings provide outstanding resistance to corrosion, secure connections, and simple installations. Reasons to Use Stainless Steel Double (V) Press Fittings
Sealing O-Ring
An engineered EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Rubber) O-ring is compressed between the jaws forming a seal preventing fluid leakage. The fitting will function properly at temperature ranges of -20°C and +110°C in pressures up to 20 bar.
Cylindrical Pipe guide
The cylindrical pipe guide allows the pipe to be inserted in accurate placement and prevents damage of the O-Ring. It also keeps the pipe and fittings aligned for a perfect compression joint every time.
Pipe Stop
The internal pipe stop properly locates the pipe within the fitting for proper alignment and prevents movement during joining, enabling a better and durable join.
Positive Mechanical Interlock
This double O-Ring design and press technology guarantee that the mechanical interlock will engage the full circumference of the fittings every time you use a hand-held pressing tool.
Minimum Loss of Pressure at Low Flow Rates
These SS double press fittings have a consistent internal diameter equal to the pipe so as to provide an even flow of fluid. The slight deformation at the crimp points creates a negligible loss of flow and pressure in the piping system.
